Why I Workout Every Day


Yes, it´s a fact, I workout almost every day. It´s simply the easiest way to clear my head, get some fresh air and to remain a strong and balanced body. I get frustrated and restless if I don´t exercise, precisely because it´s such a big part of my life. In the wintertime I exercise mostly indoor, such as spinning, core, yoga, and with Dulcie at home. Now when the spring finally is here I love running outside. That´s, for me, the best possible way to workout.
